Title: Chakra's
Post by: Jitendra Hy-do-u-no-us? on Dec 10, 2010 08:13 am
It seems that one of the best techniques for moving up into the higher chakras is to practice gratitude. Bramachari Dale spoke about it tonight at an SRF service. Most of us function in the lower three chakras. Practicing gratitude and being thankful for evertything that happens to us is a good way to move ourselves into the heart chakra. From this point we start having a total different perspective on our lives. Once someone has had had a experience with the heart chakra there lives seem to function at a higher level of consciousness. Because everything that comes to them in life can be compared to this higher state of conscious awareness.

We can start by thanking God for everything when we go to sleep and when we wake up. Even our trials are being given to us so that we can advance on the spiritual path. Indifference to life's blessings is a sure way to keep our consciousness in the lower chakras.

Title: Colors of the Chakra's
Post by: Jitendra Hy-do-u-no-us? on Apr 16, 2011 04:13 am
The chakras have colors, they are from bottom chakra to top ;red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet

Since i Started talking to you

Since I started talking with you
I have found a new me that I had not seen
There are creative moments that flow
There is a personal life I have never known
Since I started talking to you
The colors I see mean much more to me
The sounds I hear are much much more near
Since I started talking with you
I met a part of myself I did not know
I have watched myself in inches inward I have grown
Since I met you life became vivid
I found it much more tolerable to live it
I want you to always be in it
Red orange, yellow, green and blue
Indigo and violet too
Since the first time I started talking with you

Chakras are energy points within the physical body that send and receive vibrational messages that affect our daily lives in different ways. There are seven chakras, each associated with a different part of the body. Each chakra is associated with a different color and aspect of the human experience.

The chakra colors are fairly easy to remember as they somewhat coincide with the colors of the rainbow. There is alot of information available regarding each chakra and it's meaning, use, and representation. Below is a simple guide to get you started.

The first chakra is the Base or Root Chakra, located at the base of the spine, and associated with the color RED. The Base Chakra represents grounding.

The second chakra is the Sacral or Navel Chakra, located just below the navel, and associated with the color ORANGE. The Sacral Chakra represents creativity.

The third chakra is the Solar Plexus Chakra, located just above the navel, near the solar plexus. This chakra is associated with the color YELLOW and represents emotions.

The fourth chakra is the Heart Chakra, located in the heart. The heart chakra is associated with the color GREEN and represents love.

The fifth chakra is the Throat Chakra, located inside the throat, and associated with the color BLUE. The Throat Chakra represents communication.

The sixth chakra is the Brow Chakra, sometimes referred to as the third eye. The Brow Chakra is located in the brain (sometimes pictured in the forehead area) and is associated with the color INDIGO. The Brow Chakra represents spiritual wisdom.

The seventh chakra is the Crown Chakra, located at the crown, or just above the top of the head. The Crown Chakra is represented by the color VIOLET or WHITE. The Crown Chakra represents peace, wisdom, oneness with Infinite, God, and/or spiritual balance and completeness.

the physical brain....is where the physical consciousness/awareness is housed.

the chakras....are where souls consciousness/awareness is housed.

the actual soul....is housed in abdulla oblongata....it senses life thru the chakras.....as the physical brain senses life thru nervous system and it's organs such as the ears, tongue, etc.

the soul also has ears...etc

the lower chakras.......meaning the base and sacral chakras....deal with material, money, sexual consciousness.  i would recommend reading up on what each chakra 'deals' with.

the higher the chakras...the more divine.

the third eye chakra....crown chakra...divine.

the more one is into material....the consciousness resides in lower chakras....

the more one is into the divine....the consciousness resides in the higher chakras.

meditation and yoga.  one should exit the consciousness out of lower chakras....bring it up to the higher chakras.  focus on the kutastha...third eye.

many times one will see colors during meditation/yoga....this is usually when consciouness is leaving the chakras....

in coming centuries and millenia, mass counsciousness will begin to slowly exhibit knowing or observation of these timeless concepts...  many that find will not have framework to express to others of the knowing, until the passage of the Ages (Yugas), etc.    There are paths of many variances that will provide insights... but what is the intent ?   One may become full of all the powers of the Universe, and yet find the Divine Beloved elusive ? !

Beyond all the Chakra, all the exacting, the Quality of Chitta (Heart, Spiritualized Atom, Nucleus) is of great interest...  we cannot fake this... it simply is...
Indeed.. it is my vision and my hope that, as the things of science and spirit reconcile (perhaps sooner than we think), such concepts will become as ingrained in "common sense" as such things like gravity.

Thanks for sharing with us Yoshi. As the consciousness functions thru these different levels we manifest problems and abilities/gifts from these chakras/areas of consciousness. u have also sent me this wonderful chart which i would like to share with others....

Title: Heart Chakra
Post by: guest88 on Jan 06, 2014 06:46 pm
The fourth chakra is the Heart Chakra, located in the heart. The heart chakra is associated with the color GREEN and represents love.

I'm bumping this thread in hopes of refreshing my memory and learning something new regarding the Heart Chakra.
I also have an odd calling to feel Throat Chakra

See Paramahansa Yogananda's Gita commentaries for an in-depth discussion of these aparatus and such...

Anahata Chakra (Heart)

advanced yogi
may exhibit "interiorization"
into the innermost subtle "spine"
this runs from Anahata upwards (to Ajna)...

Anahata forms one arm of a "magnet"
the other arm being within the Ajna (spiritual eye)
(the neutral resides in medulla of Ajna).

the consciousness and energy may cycle moreso within this subtle 'spine' structure...
and it may sustain the grosser spines,
even whilst remaining dwelling in the subtle spine -- (i.e. - the subtle is 'contained within' but not 'constrained by' the grosser spines, etc.)

For this advanced yogi,
consciousness and energy may be willed outward to the grosser spines,
or at-will withdrawn into this 'subtle' spine cycling...

See Paramahansa Yogananda's Gita commentaries for an in-depth discussion of this aparatus and such...

************

Hello Nomaste thanks for reminding us of the challenges and rewards of interiorizing
our consciousness to merge into these higher states of perceiving and experiencing
true reality. More and more i find myself expressing from the Anahata-heart-chakra
and willing from the Ajna-third eye-center.
i still find much energy manifesting from the lower chakras that give the impetus to exercise and maintain the body temple.

Eric as you may well know the throat chakra
governs communication and how we use this function wth others. i mentioned this because of your calling to 'feel it'.
