Title: Wild Reiki Experience Post by: Comet on Jan 10, 2012 08:57 pm WOW! What a day yesterday! LOL First I had a Shaistu/Message think i might be hooked on it!! ;D That was pretty awesome! Then right after I had a Reiki session with my orginal Reiki Instructor/Life Coach!
The reason why i said that was Wild was there was a dark energy force that entered the room the room got fricken cold and whatever it was latched on to me for about 5 or so minutes it was wild! I kept hearing Taylor Swift's song Speak Now during the session and when that force came in I heard the word speak now and it latched on to my upper body almost like a psychic attack i started to get frustrated, and i could not move. I felt trapped and like i wanted to get outta there super uncomfortable it was like it was forcing me to deal with it! I did not like that feeling! My shoulder, stomach, throat was hot even during Shaistu it was! We continued with the Reiki and few minutes after that left and got released it was amazing i felt my feet started to lift up and floating for a few minutes it was super cool! After the session we looked at each other and said that was wild! The room was cold for about 5-10 minutes after it took me awhile to get my body temp back! I am a medium and it could of been just about anything!! Oh well! It was pretty cool!! Anyone experience this in Reiki before? I feel awesome today!! Yes I am an Intuitive Psychic and a Medium i just recently kinda went public with it just told a few people! LOL Yes i have come in contact over the years with High Spirits and guides! Took me awhile to figure out what was going on over the years but more visions i had and things coming to me it was obvious I was a Medium it feels great not to struggle with all that!! I was also Highly Empath so it was hard to sort thru all the emotions! Trick is not to let the emotions take over who you are which i almost did!! Like massage? Is there a time when u just release yourself from the body? i mean; just lay there after the massage. Any type of deep relaxation seems to open us to that peace inside and to other experiences. There is a lot of residual tension in our bodies. It seems like massage would help release some of this. Even when we meditate we often hold a lot of tension in our bodies and the next step is releasing the tension in our minds as well. i use hatha yoga to help let some of the tension go.
