Want to loose weight? Master (Yogananda)recommended doing the running in place 100 times and also the walking in place exercise 100x which is given in the energization work out. One more thing he said: practice the stomach lift many times.

:o As we age many of us we see, around us, are Ballooning out.   :-[
How do we keep our weight in check and remain youthful, slim and trim and healthy?  ???

I've recently gained some weight although not eating much.
Teh balooning out is probably an expression of decreased metabolic rate and ruling anabolism over catabolism in body.
The need for nutrients should be consequently reduced and the FDA RDAs revised when aging
