Title: Brother Turiyanada; About China

Once Brother Turiyananda had told me that the Chinese would eventually invade the United States. I asked him how it would happen. He said by submarines. He had heard one of the monks that was with Yogananda while he was in the body, say it.

Since Bhaktinanda spent time with the guru when he was in the body....I decided to ask him.
He told me that he was not saying Yogananda did not say it but that he had never heard the Master say that.

When I saw Turiyananda again I told him what Bhaktinanada told me. I was surprised to hear his response: " Bhaktinanda is the highest monk on the hill (He probably meant Mount  Washington.) .....If he told you that...Listen to him."

I see what you mean, and it is really disturbing to understate it. China is building up the biggest and meanest army in the world. China is not known for being a very friendly country to neighbours, having invaded Tibet and Jinjiang and claiming sovereignety over Taiwan and reluctant to relinquish some direct control over Hong Kong.

The link just takes you to yahoo news, where all I saw was a lot of disturbing stories.

This is why I stopped visiting sites like CNN, or news sites. It just never ends.

There is something i find very uncomfortable about the Chinese government. i think it started with the genocide committed on the tibetan buddhist community. Any body or country that systematically destroys their religion is suspect in my little book. Would you trust a wild panther?

I think it's been that way for China for 5000 or whatever years. Either join the latest dynasty or death. Actually Chinese Dynasties are somewhat interesting, to me anyway.

But don't worry, eventually even the Chinese government will collapse, likely because of, and growing into, a westernized influence, governments don't last forever.
