Title: prayer after meditation
Post by: Jitendra Hy-do-u-no-us? on Jun 19, 2015 04:57 am
What i have noticed is that if i allow myself extra time for meditation, quite often after i get the techniques practiced i start thinking about others and then pray for them. i think it is one important reason to know just what the rest of the world is experiencing. We can help with our prayers.... the deeper the meditation....the more we can connect.... and the less separation exists.

The nice thing about having spiritual friends is that you get more positive energy from prayer and exposure from them than other associates.... even if your views may differ; we have such different karma and pasts that we see things so differently on some issues but so similar on others.... it is only duality that is manifesting... but not when we tap into that transcendental realm.

Prayers are always good but we need to connect with our spirit...this is done primarily thru meditation. This means to quiet the mind and raise our consciousness out of material perceptions. After this is done we have more focus in our prayers making them more effective.

That transcendental realm, is this God?

I wonder....

Yes, swim up and up! Away from the depths of material perceptions- an entire ocean of illusion we've mistaken for comforts and knowing! But alas, many of us haven't learned to float.
