Even in foods God creates harmony of color and when you cook foods too much you destroy these colors in this way you contradict the harmonious vibrations of foods so that they become inharmonious.

Steve, your post is a coincidence but just today, a short while ago, I opened up a fruit juice carton which was left untouched after my son's birthday.

It was a tropical fruits juice, something I usually love. But.... it's color was an uninviting brown. I tasted a small sip of it it and it was OK, but I couldnt unignore the color, very similar to....cacca (of course it was just oxydation, but the minds leaps to the less attractive hypotheses)!

To make it short, I drank tap water with some lemon drops in it and threw the fruit juice away....
