A friend and i were lost in the moment watching this video. It gave such a revealing personal insight into the guru. for sharing these videos of Bob and Roy with us. Just watching and listening to these men and of their impressions of their visits with Yogananda and of their conversations with Yogananda - brings him closer to me. I can almost feel his (Yogananda's) presence here with me, as they are relating their stories. A beautiful feeling and very emotional. These men were truly blessed to have been lucky enough to be in the actual presence of Yogananda. "Don't bother yourself with what others do or don't do. Don't look back. It reveals just what it is like to meet a Master... in this case Paramahansa Yogananda. i once had a similar experience being with Amma--the hugging saint.

A Master can help awaken such experiences. Perhaps i have not had such a profound experience as he did but i have felt the presence of such Masters and have recognized what they can awaken in us. Because i have had some unusual spiritual experiences by being in the presence of elevated souls as he was. |
