This knowledge is preserved in the vedas written thousands of years ago. There were actually air pockets under these buildings-in India - from deep shafts to protect the buildings from earthquakes.

Yes; the information was taken from one of the episodes. I won't be over to my friends house for a while but will let you know. Sometimes its difficult to know which section to put info in and i want people to be able to find more information on the vedas in this section. However the episodes on 'Ancient Aliens' provided so much needed discovery and challenges effectively all the mainstream views of history.
