Title: Salad Idea's
Post by: guest88 on Sep 20, 2018 05:06 pm
Felt like starting this to get inspiration and even experiment with some idea's down the road.

I'm thinking an arugula salad with quinoa, pumpkin seeds, gold raisins, dried apricot and candied ginger and cinnamon- I'll let you know how it turns out.  :P  ;D

<3 <3 <3 Feel free to add your own creations!

I was able to do this without the ginger and cinnamon but instead goat cheese- yum!
A little vinegar/olive oil works primo!

spiralize some zucchini noodles, add citrus and vinegar, avacado, sesame seeds and cashews. garnish with dill and serve chilled   :D

Had another arugula salad with goat cheese, avacado, raspberries, sunflower seeds, crushed red pepper and golden raisins.
Delicious. =)

Still need to experiment with spiralized noodles.

Looking into benefits of seaweed salad.  :)

I must love arugula. I had yet another arugula salad for dinner with onion, garbanzo beans and italian sausage. Sprinkled garlic salt over everything, squeezed lemon and added a chili oil into the mix. Twas yummmmmmmmmmmyyyy.  :)

You can even buy vegetarian Italian sausage today! And not have someone kill an animal for it.
