Thank you amorabsolutus, I will start with a quartz crystal. I like your idea of going to a metaphysical store and " let yourself be guided to the crystal " . I will let you know which crystals I am guided to. And after I have a collection, or maybe before I have my collection of crystals.... I should probably get a book about crystals. Do you have any recommendations for one of these ? a favorite crystal author ?

I would like to experience this Reiki healing sometime. I have heard many good things about it.
