Elfun,
The main aspect which stands out is the grand trine you have with your sun in pisces in the eleventh, to the mars in scorpio in the sixth, to the uranus in cancer in the second. This is a grand water trine so you're naturally drawn to water and emotive. This is also a very energetic trine with uranus being involved and mars, with the sun. Uranus is the higher octave of mars so this indicates a progression intuitively and spiritually. With the sun in the eleventh this puts you in the spotlight with groups (you did protesting in the sixties, didnt you)? In addition, sometimes uranus when placed strongly can have someone prone to accidents with a mars contact, however, with a grand trine which is more positive, it would be more like having brushes with death or harm where you 'got lucky' and got yourself out of bad situations and wondered 'howd I manage to do that?' So you've had a few of those and can thank the grand trine in your chart for that one.
On the spiritual side, neptune in the sixth is the house of service, and on the cusp in the fifth is saturn, saturn also runs in opposition with jupiter to the eleventh of groups. This is actually a good polarity so you dont take life too seriously (hey, seems there's more than one of us with saturn in the fifth in here). Saturn in the fifth can have one who puts work in the forefront, but much of this is offset by the neptune contact from the sixth. Must be another musician, and music is a way to 'serve' and not just a simple hobby or endeavor. Its spiritually like life. Venus, the lower octave of neptune is in trine with this conjunct in the tenth house so its also a career of sorts, both venus and neptune are expressions of music, as well as spirituality, venus evolved from the foam of neptunes waters, but then she returns again and 'dissolves' back into neptunes waters, like everything else, as an individual listening to music 'dissolves' into what they hear. Because you are a pisces, neptune is the ruling planet. Mercury, would be the chart ruler, as you have gemini on the ascendant, which would make you not only very vocal with your position on things, but also you would be seen having 'two sides' of yourself, like most gemini ascendants would. But pisces blends, like watercolors on a canvas and causes the two to become one, with the whole of everything. Mercury is also in the eleventh house, nearby the sun, which is also more of a focal point of needing to get ones voice out and say in things.
Pluto/moon conjunct in Leo make you a leader, many do look up to you, especially in the home (father), and you may even expand that by being a father figure to others. The transformative nature of pluto in conjunct shows that you are strongly influences by the subconscious forces esp in meditation, probably why you get relief on the musical side of life. Life itself is a meditation on all living things, and what lies behind them, but you knew that already, right?
All I have for now. Im sure steve can contribute more to that.
Hope that helps.
