You're post was nice today and brought me a nice feeling as well as nice imagery. Indeed, our Yoshi is a great soul.
For some time now, I have always had a fascination with the imaginary "Old West" view. Yes, I know, the movies probably exaggerate it, with the gun-slinging and bar fight scenes.. but aside from that, what truly intrigues me about those times is just to let myself try and imagine the atmosphere of the simple life with not much but, say, the wilderness and a family and a farm/ranch to tend to!
It was a lower age Lucky and associated with the Kali Yuga; not much going on in the spiritual area much darkness and sleep resided in the residents. It is hard enough staying away from the sleepers in this society let alone being in one that had no understanding of meditation whatsoever. i would say that souls such as ourselves-if we were in such periods recently-had a divine mission to engage in. We came as a group to help move things along so to speak. This is also true of today also but the struggles then with societies ignorance, seemed insurmountable and were the results of unbelievable death and misunderstanding due to ignorance and the darkness of the people who lived then.
no thanks.....
