Sri, but it is a long time I posted something on a forum. I even didn't know so many people answered my post. It was rather a difficult and strange year for me and I really kept to myself.

I like to listen to new age music. Sounds which let me fly.

The point is that I am more conscious about sounds in the environment which I never watch before. To practise the Aum, to listen to sounds in the right ear, learns you also to be more aware of sounds. Sounds who were always there but now you are conscious about them. In the lessons they stress the fact of looking for quiet places, this is not always possible and I became to concentrated on the fact that my environment had to be quiet, this was my mistake. This longing makes someone dependant and in this maya world this is asking for trouble.  A longing creates opposites. I feel that the silence within  is more important, when the sensations stop and there are no thoughts anymore.
