how helpful is the past really ? do we need it ? can it bind us ? what about physical transformation ? like changing your diet- if we've been eating so unhealthy for so long- is it possibly to COMPLETELY TRANSFORM or will there be some residue

It takes 7 years to renew the molecular structure of your body. i would say that the residues of toxic meat products that r associated with the uric, uremic acids and the vibrations of the animal itself (fear territorial etc.) stay with our aura and in the crevices of intestines for longer creating disease and  other psychological and  emotional disorders. Yet there is no better time then now to change and fasting can also clean out the body of toxic waste.

What we have put into action in the past helps us understand the present we experience in the now.
