3.   Don’t work tense. It makes others tense.

4.   Be able to take orders.’

5.   Plan all of your day, stick to it, it feels good when you get it done.

6.   Dress up to your supervisor’s level.

7.   Study, know your work.

8.   Have control of mind and emotions.

9.   Work in a relaxed way.

10.   Save the face of others, laugh off their mistakes.

11.   Admit mistakes freely – but stand firm and have confidence.

12.   Pray hard for harmony and concentration. Ask God and Guru to bring them.
