Our world is full of distractions. I was the only one in the elevator yesterday not glued to my phone. It was a little awkward but eye opening at the same time.

My job depends on being attached to my phone- I've gone mental over alerts and notifications. I still am bothered by it. I think on the weekends I may turn the phone off.

Transformation is possible.
