Habits in Eatng and Drinking

Through repetitive action habits are established. Unfortunately
many of these habits are not good.  Paramahansa Yogananda
enjoyed coffee  and said he would only drink with people he
was around. Since he was around people all the time he
drank coffee . Once it was not there and he realized the
coffee had him. So he said good bye to coffee.
