If Jesus love was so vast and deep, how did he handle rejection? You can never unlove that which you have loved... or can you..? So many he loved and those same people despised him... a friend betrayed him.. does this mean his lovers cheated him? Rejected him and cast him out?
With that kind of power I imagine you can handle lots of things, besides, if he really was God himself, then rejection is something you created anyhow. Quite the paradox really.
Maybe he didn't become too attached to this earth like we do. I read a story about someone who tried to get a little close to PY and wasn't really successful. Yogananda sort of kept a certain distance.
It kind of makes sense, how can you want to leave if you're so passionate about this place? It has nothing to do with being heartless, I think it has more to do with understanding.
These are some deep thoughts from both of u guys. I really like the tenure of this conversation its at an emtional level where many people meet that cannot come together in other ways. Perhaps in a sense the whole story of Jesus was also enacted to bring people together beyond their social and political views.
