I slept in the country last nite and woke up early in the morning.
My thoughts were clear and easy to express. It was very, very quiet
as it often is in the very early hours and I could sit alone meditating with
out outside interference. I would suppose that your name refers to the peace of morning and
hers to spiritual practice.
