I wanted to share and see if anyone can confirm they've had similar symptoms when having their Out of body experience. It started with the sleep paralysis type feelings. I let them come. There was a ringing in my ear- And there was someone talking. I tried moving past the talking. Like there was a level underneath that I could still access. Anyways. I remember seeing my arms and lifting my hands to look at them. My hands weren't completely invisible but they were transparent. I could see this dim white gentle vibrating shape outlined around them. It's hard to describe. Well anyways. It took 4 attempts, but by the fourth attempt I remember seeing that same shape outlined at my feet and I was walking towards the door !! I couldn't leave my bedroom though. It was a short experience and I remember hearing certain ringing(s) in the beginning and near the end(which is hard to remember exactly how it ended). I don't know if the talking was directed at me(i think it was) but he/it was speaking in an old english/thespian type way. Very cool hehehe Did I already tell u about my obe? Probably did. So I will spare u. But yes I had that feeling; as though the body was somewhat numb. That is the only way I can describe it. The ringing in the ear and someone talking... no did not have that happen. I did leave the bedroom and then went outside. Things looked a bit different at that time. Yet I opened my eyes with my fingers to make sure I was not dreaming. Perhaps sometimes the borders are not clearly defined between lucid dreaming, out of body experiences and sleep deprivation! People have also had quite a few o.b.e.'s during and following accidents. I decided to make a separate category for lucid dreaming since it has been an experience of some of us. Yet think of this: Having a lucid dream all thru waking and sleeping. Simply stated: awakening to the fact that all our experiences in life are a dream of the creator. We are merely witnesses.

I see I never finished this. It was simply that i was awake dreaming and actually walked through the house then outside. Suddenly the world outside had features that were not really there in this dimension but I opened my eyes with my fingers and saw that I was awake. Closed my eyes and could briefly see the dream. We can sometimes exist on two or more plains simultaneously it would seem. At times i have experienced this truth in meditation as well. The subconscious is much more active in meditation. Yet we can be awake and witness its activity. Irene has much more revelation to add to this, hopefully she will, because I have read of one of her experiences.

You should be able to swallow the larger reality of reaching hyper space and traveling through various dimensions and finally feeling the thug into this physical reality and meeting one as you. A momentary glimpse into our spacious home and in your world you would feel so limited and alone. So we only come to you to shake your blues and remind you of the world you once knew.

We may even mistake it for unreal since we are so convinced that our senses tell us the truth when in reality we may be perceiving truth first hand and not distorted by this physical realm. Lucid dreaming has that flowing quality somewhat akin to automatic writing, free association etc.

Lucid dream
A lucid dream is any dream during which the dreamer is aware that they are dreaming. During lucid dreaming, the dreamer may allegedly be able to exert some degree of control over the dream characters, narrative, and environment.
Recently i had some more lucid dreams while meditating. They r interesting in the sense that we can watch them consciously and since they are watched consciously they r easier to remember and therefore to also decipher their meaning or how they came about.
Recently I have had more lucid dreams. They are usually rather short in duration and consist of pictured going across my inner gaze during meditation. I am bit perplexed if they hold any significance or they are activities of the subconscious mind.

I had one in which my friend Val was wearing a lavender t-shirt with black circles on it about the size of thumb imprints.

A lucid dream is a type of dream in which the dreamer becomes aware that they are dreaming while dreaming. During a lucid dream, the dreamer may gain some amount of control over the dream characters, narrative, or environment; however, this is not actually necessary for a dream to be described as lucid.
