Merry Xmas to all, indeed the ideal would be to meditate longishly just today, hard to me to do that but I'm going to run what in the other forum I call the SEM, Spiritual Eye Marathon, trying to concentrate on the spiritual eye.

I'll do the long meditation Tomorrow or the day after.

It's been rather warm this winter. I hope to get out and run through the park and meditate outside. Will b thinking of
all of u in prayer. Many special Christmas presents coming from above if we r in tune!

I was able to do the long meditation today, 7 hours but no chanting nor reading breaks, pretty tough, a display of will power which once in a year is good. I'd love to say I experienced bliss and exceptional uplifting but it was not so. Just grinding, spiritual grinding.
