Recently spiritimage sent me a link about changing the stadard pitch. I found it interesting because over the years many bands have re-tuned their instruments to different frequencies... especially lower ones. I have also used many different tunings to create unique sounds.

Is there a site where you can upload music and then link the file on this forum?

432 tuning mixes in here too

I don't think 440 should be the standard, International Standards Organization (ISO) endorsed it in 1953 , who I believe took this from German recommendations. So what, who gives them the right to say how we should tune?

I don't think Mozart and all these great composers of old used 440, I believe they all tuned lower.

http://www.whydontyoutrythis.com/2013/08/440hz-music-conspiracy-to-detune-good-vibrations-from-natural-432hz.html

I think we all got screwed and forced into 440, and now it's too late to go back since wind and brass instruments are all tuned to 440 now.

I bet it causes some problems, and has been causing problems since the creation of radio and recorded media.

Good, as soon as I find some time I'll record some blues with outside improvised harmonies and share it.
