Often looking for those moments of peace during meditation. Especially when i know i will be surrounded by worldly people who do not even understand the concept of meditation.

Mccoy glad to see u r on line. i am staying at a motel tonite. Get a bit lonely for friends when i am alone on the road. It is nice to have someone else around with similar interests. Grateful for that and that i have a little time to practice meditation and spiritual exercises like yoga, energization & iam etc. Turn off the world and let the spirit flow.

If they felt serenity that can be had thru meditation, they might change their mind, unfortunately, food drugs tv etc., does not allow time for meditation practice and those things completely turn meditation into ridiculous and waste of time theories.
