When meditation becomes natural.

It has been many decades now since I started meditation this lifetime. It has taken this long to actually feel moments when I naturally feel the motivation to set and enter that state without making a conscious act of will. Amazing! Perhaps it is because over incarnations I have allowed restless activity to be my state of 'normal consciousness'.
