mccoy i thought u would b interested:

https://www.yahoo.com/news/obama-calls-libya-worst-mistake-140320180.html

i continue to think and to pray about the repercussions to your nation and the surrounding areas as well as Libya itself. It appears that one cannot really free people who have yet to understand the meaning of such words....us included! This lesson extends to the very spiritual search as well. What is freedom? Can we really know when we have so many misconceptions? So much more to experience... so much to live! We all seek our personal freedom as well. Yet we r bounded in so many ways. Can others free us? To what extent? We gain wisdom thru our attempts. One more step to take. Love awaits us all. We hope to share it. Yet we make humble attempts!

Alfred thanks but no thanks, I prefer the debt.

I recognize I'd be no good at all in playing any parts, let alone the part of a demon

Yea, besides the nooky scenes might be hard to portray, not to mention the tights.

We all are bound in some way, sometimes others make it more difficult rather than helping.

i really wish i could have met Swami Kriyananda...Truth is i spent most of my time at SRF and seeing Amma when Kriyananda was in the area. i certainly believe that there are many people that follow Paramahansa Yogananda with different degrees of spiritual awareness. i remember hearing-from SRF circles- that Judas had finally attained liberation in this--- his recent life here on earth. Not too bad considering we have been around for millions of years. Judging from the association Judas had with Jesus because of his good karma i would say Kriyananda may even be more fortunate!!

Yes, it's good to hear some self-criticism from the big political honchos, actually very few are able to be so honest. Also, he can afford it now, being at the end of his mandate.

What he says about being negatively influenced by France and England is very true. Italy was the main, maybe the only commercial partner of Lybia. France and England were extremely irritated by that and wanted the dictator away, with plans to dipping their hands in the oil business and other contracts. Obama failed to see that, or, better put, Obama probably was a victim of some of his advisors who was secretly lobbying in favour of France and England.

Smiles and Laughs! Do u get this medieval terminology from being a choir boy in youth?

i believe that Italy is playing a key role in the peace of this part of the world by allowing so many displaced people to come into their country. U have much to b proud of for the role your nation is playing in the turmoil we have instigated in this part of the world. Hopefully it is to a better Libya in the future. i can not even begin to understand what chaos has resulted for these people since we eliminated the cruelty of Muammar_Gaddafi.

It appears that there is evil in every type of government. Capitalism favors the over throw of all dictatorships that do not favor free enterprise so they can get their filthy hands in the natural resources of other nations.
