The mind is the source of all trouble when it is in turbulence it will never be at peace and be able to see clearly. The thoughts must be settled and fall to the bottom of the lake so we can see clearly ahead and the depth and bottom of those depths we seek. In the process we are freed from the minds agitation and feel a higher presence that shines thru like the rays of the sun.
