i wonder how some of u deal with frustration. Frustration is often the result of trying to get something done but having continued snags along the way that prevent the completion of a chore or project. That is the my definition. Sometimes i find i have to stand back a bit if it is possible and b an observer again.

Used to bother me a lot more before I started down this road, but it still comes around, I just try to ignore it best I can, because I know it for what it is. Not always possible though.

i would agree. There r also others around us who r frustrated for one reason or another. If u rub others the wrong way, they may sense your impatience or frenetic activity or it may be that they feel that you’re not considering their needs. We all fumble from time to time when we go after what we want. Our confidence can seem forced at such times and we may activate responses in others that surprise us because of seemingly insignificant 'slights'. The words we say may even b complimentary but taken quite differently; Sounding like insults. It is human nature to feel irritable and tense under the influence of frustration. Restlessness and impatience are likely from time to time. Most people cannot have their reality quite like they would have it.... so their frustration comes out in their interaction with others. It is important to recognize this and it makes it easier to ignore it in others if we do. It is better to have  more confidence in our own abilities and avoid feeling threatened by other people who have different opinions. This only will result in increasing frustrations.

We can also recognize frustration in ourselves over circumstantial environment conditions. Sometimes service is poor or we just do not seem to b able to make time targets and appointments. Service provided is often 'wanting' and time and schedules r a constant reminder of life's constant demands on us to fulfill commitments to others. However frustration can lead to accidents and critical mistakes in judgement in our interaction with those around us.

Then there is frustration with ourselves over not being able to take the appropriate action in matters that require it... letting things get out of hand because we are afraid our actions will b meet with failure or are doomed by the resistance of forces countering them.

I used to be frustrated much more in the past. Now something goes the wrong way I think it's normal.

Also, after further rumination i realized that frustration is one of those very negative, self-feeding and self-replicating attitudes. In life there are problems to be worked out. There should be no room for frustration. There is only room for the practical attempts to work out the problems in the best way we can. Frustration is energy wasted in mental heat and loops. If we cannto work out a problem and we did our best we can just say the solution good bye and adjust accordingly.
