Heyyyy! Here it is, here it is! At least one of the many. Nice post on the golden hour- I unintentionally woke up during this time and think I heard some astral sounds trying to fall back asleep. There was an unseen presence felt behind me that I'd describe as an, "alien intelligence" trying to enter/communicate. I shooed it away but heard some metal gyrating echo-type sound before being able to fall back asleep.
As for trying to meditate upon wake... I will have to keep practicing. I tried for the first time in a while today and didn't get far. I observed my body waking up, the stomach making all of its interesting noises and then the dogs saw a cat in the backyard and well, that was the end of that.
