Watch your breath. Stay on top (middle of the head or fontanelle) as being taught.

If pressure comes, in- and exhale slow, long, and deep w. focus. One might practise given techniques, alongside watching the breath again and again throughout the day, or practising a technique, like Hong-Sau, or just think love while inhaling, and peace while exhaling, slow, long, and deep.

Don't let thoughts and feelings take control over you. If you try, one day you make it.

These donkey-functions won't leave you, until you will be tired enough, or a Master hits you on the forehead... Smiley

Subdoing little old donkey is not favourable to everyone. It kept seeming impossible for me, most my life. Wink
