hello! i used to live with a couple of roommates years back. i had my own water jug(it was huge) that i'd fill up at the water mill. as an exercise i would try to whisper prayers to my water and lay the blueprints for the love vibration underneath. occasionally i would try to play music and resonate with the 528Hz. more importantly i would try and project love and gratitude every day to my water.

when guest came over they often asked for water from the jug. this wasn't a scientific experiment but a practice in gratitude and slowing down.

thanks for bringing this back to my attention. listening now while working is helping me slow down and focus.
