Key Clinton quote: “Rather than expand benefits for everyone, I do want to take care of low-income seniors who worked at low-wage jobs. I want to take care of women. […] I want to start by helping those people who are most at risk.”

You will not see this kind of rhetoric out of Trump who has never shown an interest in the needy and poor. His interests have always been in the rich and their tax breaks and more desparity between the clasess.

i believe that this is much more important then meets the eye. Why? Because unlike many people especially men....
We have a working history for most of our lives...so we will get at least some kind of social security. Many people have worked in other ways helping others with their business or taking care of all the household chores as an example. There may never be a record of such work yet how will these people get retirement? The answer is: they won't. So Clinton is talking about people those who fall beteeen the cracks. She is trying help those who are on street corners and homeless because they may have worked for corporate Amerca all their life. What kind of social security will they have working at $7.50 an hr. jobs? The answer is not a enough to live on. Would Trump help here? No not at all. Remember that he is the one that wants to cut corporate taxes. He is the one that wants to keep minimum wages competitive and therefore he is the one who wants to keep others in poverty.
