I was in Kroger yesterday evening and I saw that there was something called muesli on sale for under $2. It is a kind of cereal. It looked very nutritious so I bought it. The cashier said that he used to feed the same thing to his horses. It is tasty and has oats, raisons, and dates. Have you ever had muesli?

To the usual muesly I used to add sunflower seeds, almonds, more raisins, sometimes honey and cocoa powder.
Some kinds carry 40% fried fruits.
Some kinds are amaranth or quinoa muesly and are very costly. Classic muesly is oat flakes mainly.
6 cereals muesly is very good.

Muesly and milk is a killer!
