hi Steve,
i don't mind at all. as simple as it may seem, i am grateful for these reminders. i never thought i was so much a creative person but i certainly have an over active imagination. this coupled with a 6th sense of sorts made it difficult to fall asleep at night as a child. i think i unfortunately turned off this sense at an early age, clearly not ready to explore these subtle forces. even now when i go lucid or on the verge of what feels like the entry stage to having an out of body i will become quite panicked.
i used to experience sleep paralysis and learned, if you're ever scared during this episode, it is possible to break out from the feeling of paralysis. for me it was a matter of sending my awareness to my big toe. i would tell myself, i am going to wiggle this toe now and with a little effort i was able to immediately break away from the body entering its "standby" mode we typically enter when going to sleep.
thank you and i will try.
kind regards
