My view of spiritual discipline; Doing something you know without a doubt is good for you to do even when you don’t feel like doing it.

i think discipline is discipline, putting  the word spiritual in front of it is just another unique perspective like viewing the world through the eyes of a romanticist. you'll find that word can be put in front of just about anything. you might call me a romantic spiritual materialist. i'm sure i've  been called far less appealing things too.

i like having discipline in my life, but i do things my way. and that structure and this journey are very humbling.
