So many people think about their rights and their possessions. Can they own the Sun, the air that we breathe and the rain that falls on us? Yet they want to own the land and all other kinds of property and make it unavailable to others. No doubt there has to be a balance but if we can not share what we have how much progress can we make spiritually? We are only stewards of what God has given to our care. This is quite a responsibility that can easily be neglected in a misguided notion of possession. Everything that we have been given is sacred. We have responsibility to our larger self which includes everyone that is our brother and sister. If someone has been reprimanded or has very little we should not continue to reprimand them or to shame them. It is time to pick up those in need of our understanding love and share our understanding of their bitterness and lack.

Stewardship also has many meanings in theology. Financial stewardship is based on the belief that God is the true owner of each person's possessions, and that one is accountable to God for the acceptable care and use of those possessions. Stewardship can also refer to Jesus Christ's or our Gurus accountability to God the Father for the Christians and to us that have been entrusted to them. They have quite a responsibility in our lives: 25% the guru 25% us and 50% God in our spiritual development. He has been very unselfish in giving us his spiritual training with no expectations of us we should take this example and likewise treat our fellow human beings the same.
