Yogic Nerve Drink

Iced lemon or lime and sugar solution, not too sour or too sweet, as follows:

To a glass of cool water, add juice from one-half lime and sugar. The sugar an lime taste must be evenly balanced.
Always add crushed ice. This is one of the favorite drinks of the yogis, ansld has a particular spiritual vibration.

Only drawback is that it isn't easy to find lime outside of tropical countries. After having read it I used to fall back on lemon, but it ain't the same, lemon is stronger and sourer.
