I am beginning to feel it is the only curable action to thwarting pesky samskaras. As well, it begins to feel like the only refuge for the Soul both as a safe haven and liberator. Some days I feel the need to envision light and Love, other days I pray to be shown the way and quiet my mind with the belief that God is in control. Suddenly we start to see the pull of thoughts- we don't feel as bound to pleasure or pain but through meditation we begin to understand, there is such a state where pleasure or pain no longer rules our lives. Taking the edge off is putting it lightly. It can really save us from the entrapment's we often fall prey to.
