Trying to be grateful for the opportunity to live and experience as a human being not expecting too much out of others, myself and life. Looking at life more and more as a show and finding entertainment in it all.

The more I meditate the more I appreciate, the less I'm frustrated by my own desires. Willingly accepting what life has to give and offers us. From the practice of meditation we learn and experience a timelessness. When we started to experience this timelessness in life as well we become happy and content with the events of life as they unfold.

People often ask the question : "What are you doing for a living?" i often say to them that i am being. Being is more important then doing. What are we  being? What is our state of being?
