Red, In America there si this craziness of dietary religions, people literally fight against each other beliefs! I wonder what you have changed.
Abundant protein is needed for those who exercise strenuos labour, or those who train strenuosly with application of muscular strenght (not so much endurance).I'm presently trying a vegan diet but it is so obvious that protein is everywhere, it hardly constitutes a concern, unless we eat very little or we are fruitarians who don't eat huge amounts of food.
Thanks so much mccoy....for keeping the ads off here! It is summer here in Michigan so i am able to stick to a predominantly fruit and vegetable diet. i believe it helps keep weight down as well. As you soon as you go for pastas, spaghetti, and wheat products the weight climbs with it.
