Breaking News from Newsmax.com

On the verge of his scheduled visit to the hurricane-devastated U.S. territory of Puerto Rico, Donald Trump suggested islanders struggling without basic services were lazy (“they want everything to be done for them”), and that the mayor of its largest city, San Juan, was a poor leader and a politically motivated “ingrate.”

As criticism poured in, the president may have done lasting damage to his efforts to show how much his administration cares about helping the battered island, and to the Republican brand among Latino voters. The racial undertones also risk stoking unease generated by Trump’s controversial stance on violence in Charlottesville, Va., just over a month ago.

If Trump is sensitive to charges that he was luxuriating at one of his golf properties while the island’s 3.4 million residents suffered — many without electricity or drinkable water 11 days after the storm hit — he didn’t show it

What I understand is the supplies are there and the puerto rican truckers have grievances with the mayor or governor over something that was passed recently so they refuse to bring the supplies to the people. It's not the Presidents Tweets the media should be worried about but maybe look further as to why he's saying it? It's weird they'd bring Charlottesville up in the same article and how this has become more about bashing Trump than it has the real issues Puerto Rico is facing.

Trump has a reputation for being a bad mouth. He has made a reputation out of bad mouthing other people. Even when tragedy surrounds people and nations he chooses to deride and speak derogatorily about others. He needs to be called on it before he creates a war for us.That is what this nation has chosen as an example around the world and u can see people using his communication tactics around the globe. Is this what we need in a leader? Certainly not! He just has a hard time being kind to people unless they bow to him and stroke his vast ego. He is the poorest example of a spiritual leader this nation has seen in modern history.

Eric if you did not spend so much time defending Trumps vile bashing behavior i would not have to keep giving you examples of why and how you are so mistaken about him.

It's not the Presidents Tweets the media should be worried about but maybe look further as to why he's saying it? It's weird they'd bring Charlottesville up in the same article and how this has become more about bashing Trump than it has the real issues Puerto Rico is facing.

Trump bashes people  regularly. He does not just bash them he tries to defame them and ruin their careers. He doesn't even deserve any respect as a human being for his treatment and derogatory talk.

Bashing Trump...yea really? He is the basher;

CNN’s Don Lemon called out Donald Trump’s supporters on Thursday for continuing to defend the president despite his “bigoted behavior.”

“How many examples do you need of this?” Lemon asked, hours after the president reportedly used the word “shithole” to describe Haiti and African countries. “But he is a racist.”

Then, Lemon blasted those who’ve attacked the president’s critics for pointing out his racist behavior.

“You know what you can go do?” Lemon asked.

He paused for a moment.

“I can’t say that,” Lemon said. “But you can go read a book, a history book. Because you might learn that some of the people from those shithole countries were slaves who were brought here by force to help build this country, and then start your learning process from there.”

Lemon also called on Trump supporters to do some self-examination.

“What does it say about you that no matter what ― no matter what ― you continue to make excuses for this man, for his vile behavior?” he asked.

House Democratic Whip Steny Hoyer of Maryland said, "President Trump's comments are racist and a disgrace." But it wasn't just Democrats objecting.

Republican Rep. Mia Love of Utah, the daughter of Haitian immigrants, said Trump's comments were "unkind, divisive, elitist and fly in the face of our nation's values." She said, "This behavior is unacceptable from the leader of our nation" and called on Trump to apologize to the American people "and the nations he so wantonly maligned."

Thanks Don Lemon for telling the truth. Trump is nothing but vile in his behavior.

The president suggested that instead, the U.S. should allow more entrants from countries like Norway. Trump met this week with Norwegian Prime Minister Erna Solberg.

If satarump likes Norway so much why doesn't he use it as an example for political change instead of stealing from the American people to make him and his henchmen richer?

Hey Steve. I try to tune these things out but I found today kind of funny. Really entertaining stuff huh? I enjoyed watching peoples reactions to this shithole/DACA news and think we're in a great awakening process. Trump is good for business. Sometimes I think they're all in it together. Other times I just think the opposition is being played. I don't know if Don Lemon qualifies as a journalist. I know he isn't that good of an actor, if he was I may be a little worried. I also find it curious how quickly this Twitter exposure was swept under the rug. James O' Keefe seem a better journalist than Don Lemon. What I mean is, a real journalist not an actor. I wonder if there's a think tank to these seemingly off the cuff Trump-Tweets or to the hysteria perpetuated by MSM. We don't even know if shithole was the actual word used, just admitted tough language while discussing immigration- Right? Did the news outlets attacking the President elaborate on the bad deal he tweeted about? Apparently it was no good and thought of as putting more lives in danger? Serious question there. Paul Joseph Watson of course sums up some of the issues I think Trump may have been knowingly or unknowingly waking people up to:

If you are interested in watching the exposure behind Twitter by James O Keefe:

I got to meditate today, it was brief but nice. Clear skies, beautiful stars. You know I don't mean to stir the pot too much seeing as we tend to disagree and/or run members off. Keeping up is exhausting too- I found myself a little hesitant replying LOL. Guess I just couldn't help but comment today. I hope you're doing well. Not to sound like a zoltar machine but despite any challenges ahead of us I think good things are in the making.

I guess we should all know what kind of president we have. One who is an example to our youth to go around racially demeaning other nations and cultures by calling them 'shitholes'. A simply lovely example to our citizens and youth and the world will really appreciate. It only reinforces our arrogance towards other nations; the ugly Americans. A real spiritual gem we have. A real ego maniac as a dictator. He doesn't deserve the dignity to eat with dogs. The man is a complete behavioral ignoramus and represents the very worst in our culture. Fortunately for the sake of some of us we are still able to speak up so that the rest of the world doesn't think that everyone in this country doesn't have a spiritual clue or an ounce of wisdom in their head. Its a disgrace to see the lowest class citizens in our country running our nation. They make us look like this nation is nothing but a population of degenerates. The United States: Home of a spiritual retards who elected a morally bankrupt president.
