Have you ever noticed that when we make an effort to remember something we often remember other things or find out other things we need to know from not remembering what we tried to remember? Sometimes are memory may be blocked so that we are able to make other discoveries in the process ofremembering what we have a desire to remember.

And that's why it's so hard to concentrate sometimes, one memory leads to others and it's almost satiating, forgetting the original thought altogether.

That is why we have such techniques like iam and kriya lt is very difficult to practice them with out rotating energy up and down the spine and maintaining focus in doing it.

However here u are talking about concentration SI. I was referring to the ability to for instance remember a song, the words to it and perhaps the name of it when u just remember the melody. This is just an example but it could apply to many things we do not recall but have vague recollections of them. It is an interesting subject to me: This idea of recollection and memory.

I'm talking about both.

If you need to remember something, for me, concentration helps pull out more associated memories.

That's what I meant as well, just the concepts and how they work.

Another example of the poor communication method of reading anything online.
