The tragedy of having a mentally ill president is that in germany during WWll many people did not recognize the destiny their leader was heading them and the world towards. They went along with a their leader rite or wrong. We have similar insanity in our present president.

But this is your own belief, and your stating it like it's fact. A bit off the edge as well.

This is the belief;

In November 2012, US President-Elect Donald Trump tweeted that global warming is a Chinese hoax. He said that it's part of a plot designed to bring down US business and manufacturing. The concept of global warming was created by and for the Chinese in order to make U.S. manufacturing non-competitive.

Not only a belief but it shows paranoia and a total disregard for reality orientation. He has delusions of grandeur (grandiose delusion) delusional conviction of one's own importance, power, or knowledge, or that one is, or has a special relationship with, a deity. It is one of the subtypes of delusional disorder.

You are again drawing conclusions based on what you read somewhere or heard, and even if he did do that, so what.

Maybe it's to draw them out, typical business man maneuver. Maybe it's for reasons you are not privy to. Maybe it's true.

Since you don't know both sides of the true story, you cannot draw intelligent conclusions.

Besides, what are you going to do about it? Whine against a brick wall you cannot possibly penetrate?

Lets face it si u can't make conclusions on anything people say or do. Hey nobody says u have to. Many people felt the sane way about Hitler when he had gas chambers across Europe. They felt...oh thats just he say... she say. It was very unfortunate when it was discovered just what had happened to the jews. But u know there are people in Arab countries today who still believe the holocaust was a hoax. And u know when the earth gets fried and the waters keep flooding big cities it would not surprise me to hear u say it was all an act of nature. Some people will always be in denial and take no responsibility for anything. I am not such a person...nor do i want the karma associated with being such a person. We have very sick people at the top of our government today and a mentally ill man at the top who need to be in mental institutions not governing our nation...that is a fact. Make no mistake about it Donald Trump is more dangerous then Adolf Hitler but just like Hitler people still go around with swastika's today and people still will vote for Trump tomorrow as they did for Hitler. But there are people who would do anything to get such mentally ill people out of office. Thank God for that. There are people concerned with the human race and its survival and there are people who are concerned about this earth being habitable for humans.

It was actually a rather ingenious move on Trump to ask people to dig further into climate change unraveling the immorality that is “greenwashing.” Trump from what I remember him saying-believes in global warming but he also believes it’s a money making industry and calls the majority of climate change(as we know it) a hoax. For example he was upset when Obama entered us into the Paris climate accords without the favor of congress allowing foreign beuracrats to dictate America’s energy usage while other countries would not have to abide by the same standards. The carbon tax is quite an expensive proposition as well. Corporations have big plans to profit off of global warming.. they also favor net neutrality, ahem.. even scientist will bend the truth to keep this outward drama propelled so as long as they get their grant money. Scientist, corporations and politics seem to work together this way. There’s a bigger picture definitely and President Trump is no fool- these radical claims are part business strategy. The news gets to profit off of this AntiTrump and continue to twist the mind of the sheeple as they do- some are mindlessly entertained by It but I believe in many ways Trumps off the cuff, uncustomary behaviour has sparked many to look further and break away from a lot of the same ole crap that is cloneland.

The fortunate thing about corporations profiting off of environmentally safe products is that they are helping climate change for the better. The unfortunate thing about lax environmental controls and opening the way for more greenhouse products is that they are destroying our earth. The money making industry that is the danger to our mother earth is in place now and is being perpetuated and encouraged by the Trump team. The corporations stealing and destroying our planet and its natural resources are the coal and oil companies which represent antiquated and destructive sources of energy. As long as there is little or no carbon tax on fuel this energy source will continue while solar wind turbine and other sources of energy will remain stagnate as safer sources of energy. Corporations are currently profiting immensely off of global warming and continue to perpetuate global warming in the immense relaxed air quality standards of Trump and his wrecking crew to mother earth. While incentives for safe sources of energy are being terminated and discouraged.

It is a Machiavellian and opportunistic quality that Trump and his team represent to destroy the earth at the cost of billions of dollars to tax payers for the clean up involved as a result of flooding cities, destroying natural resources, and natural wild life as we have seen in numerous oil disasters and spills as well as polluting the air and rivers and causing massive earthquakes from fracking as we have seen in for instance Oklahoma. These antiquated and old energy policies are a result of fossilized minds unable to make adaptations to a changing world but instead falling prey to the greed that keeps the status quo in place and continues to rape are forests and wetlands for energy sources that are destructive in every way to mother earth.

Now Trump and his followers want to go in our national parks and destroy the history and pleasure these areas give to the spiritual seekers and nature lovers that frequent them. The Trump team want to cut down the forests for logging which are badly needed for oxygenating and eliminating harmful carbon dioxide to our planets skies.  A high level is harmful as it creates a carbon dioxide blanket in the atmosphere to increase 'global warming' as a green house effect. The history and past culture of these areas will quite likely be destroyed forever as we had seen before in history in the Library of Alexandria and the destruction of historical sites by ISSIS. These are only a tip of the iceberg of the destructive and invasive policies Trump and his henchmen are unleashing on our planet and its inhabitants. He and his team have encouraged an invasive and destructive outlook to nature and our habitat on mother earth. Gone are the days of stewardship to our planet and the wild life here. It has been replaced by destruction, greed and retaining the present power structure that is imprisoning the common person and consolidating wealth and power in the hands of a very few. The lack of spiritual qualities in such an attitude are so obvious as to seem ridiculous to even have to expose it.

Without for sight and vision history has proven over and over that civilizations fall into decay. Leaders with spiritual vision lead us thru their mindsets to a progressive approach and outlook that results in great cultures or to a destructive and imprisoning life for a nations people. It is clear that the present leadership is pointing us to the latter.

The error is in your very first sentence- believing that these corporations are making changes for the better. It’s naive to assume just as it is the belief science is a morally just cause. Sure there are people who want to do better but many scientist, just as politicians are bought to say one thing despite believing another. It’s like Walmart selling enviro friendly fluorescent light bulbs while simultaneously importing cheap junk by the truck loads from China. The biggest greenwashing is the belief in ethanol where both political parties have jumped the gun which is only now publicly being recognized as inviable. That’s like thinking Obama passing the GMO labeling law was a good thing. Yet there’s plenty more examples of companies boasting their eco friendly solutions while in actuality doing just as much harm and doing it for profit. I think there is a far sight Steve just one that involves the evolution of human and technology. We are well on our way to normalizing the infusion of computer and organic, embracing AI and expanding beyond the realm we call Earth.

There are alternative energy sources which are unlike the oil industry who have polluted the skies, caused earthquakes, polluted underground aquafills and water supplies, destroyed natural habitats and made places virtually unlivable and water unusable and unswimmable. Wind turbines and solar power, while not being perfect themselves, offer a viable alternative to destroying the earth.

We as a an earth conscious and spiritual group of people should have an interest in being stewards to our earth.

Yes there are industries seeking cleaner sources of energy and we have seen many incentives to use and create such sources of energy as seen during the Obama administration and the democratic parties agendas. Incentives that will help create even more cleaner energy sources and ways to move at faster speeds to explore other planets and stars. This would be unthinkable going back to fossil fuels and the destructive  technologies of the past.

We have seen nothing but a return to the past by the Trump wrecking crew. We are no longer living in the past Eric. The return to the past is only an attempt to keep current power structures and money in the hands of a few.
We've known for months that President Trump wanted to auction off portions of our Grand Staircase-Escalante and Bears Ears national monuments to his Big Energy backers with drilling and mining interests in Utah.

We have much to look forward to and an ability to even explore other planets, get there and live there if we can get out of the mindsets of the past that hold us prisoners to outdated social, ecolological and economic patterns.

You really have no idea because you don't have the full story. You make conclusions based on one-sided opinions/stories.

There are so many other possibilities of all the different scenarios but there is really a truth somewhere.

Too bad folks consume media then add their own twists then play the truth game using that.

Your welcome to your views. However so far i have seen no views from you accept to be critical of the views of others. I have not talked personally with Adolph Hitler either but it is common knowledge what he-like Trump and his wrecking crew are responsible for. I would rather not be in the presence of such evil people.

Look I understand how playing the political game is fun and all, but honestly, I have been there. I used to work for the government. I have personally seen how many things were handled by specific individuals. I have seen workers cover up things, blunder up things, make decisions that only benefited there own dept for budget reasons, etc., on and on. K? Never mind the corruption that goes on that they think you do not see.

Then I've also seen how news media would create televised reports based on what the government workers decided to tell them, which 99% of the time a lot was "left out", I know because I knew the real story because *I was there*, then the news media added there own thoughts and now you have something that is so far off the truth.

But that is what is consumed.

And that is exactly the kind of crap that folks base there little political arguments on.

You cannot know both sides of the real story.

You don't have access to the full truth, get it? That's why no matter who is elected, they will work in this environment and you will never really know.
