Sometimes we forget how something as simple as one's attitude affects our entire being. We can also be so discombobulated by our thoughts that we are no longer aware or don't care- self sabotaging. In an effort to live a peaceful life, one should cultivate awareness, observing your thoughts and your body is a daily task. A little alone time can make a big difference and, so can a group Yoga session.
I am grateful for your reminder's, since I do not want to live in the vibrations brought about by being resentful. _^_
I think what helps a lot, at least for me, is to remind myself that even though I might desire more than I have what I have is sufficient and wanting more can sometimes just get me in trouble. I think when we are in tune .....We are given what we need. Often the things that we need are available to us we just don’t recognize them.
