Lauren I am interested to know how you have found an interest in Jung? I was fascinated with him while studying psychology in college. His approach to psychology and the gestalt approach were my only interests at the time as well as parapsychology coupled with psychic research.

I have also noticed this to be true with women especially women who had a traumatic loss of their father.

I studied psychology as a major in college and frankly I’ve never stopped. Human behavior has always fascinated me. I still learn and grow daily. Jung has always been a favorite of mine as he didn’t shy away from including the spiritual aspects of our existence in his theories. The one consistent trait of mine is my ability to admire and appreciate people whom aren’t afraid to tackle unfounded territory, exposing it to the world... expanding hearts and minds. I have a lot of respect for Jung. I also have a few books of his. I enjoy his write ups on dreams, the subconscious mind, and individuation.

I’ve grown weary of most social media platforms but I still use them to educate my mind. I follow a Jung group that posts new quotes and passages of his daily. These were a few of them and I wanted to share. I find the one you shared to be extremely accurate in every female/father relationship I’ve happened upon. I’m lucky to say my father has always been a loving and supporting figure.

Lauren;

I found some of his studies on Astrology of importance and his studies in comparison charts-finding certain reoccuring themes between marriage charts. In every comparison chart found by people being together for an extended time can be found interaction between planets and sensitive parts of the chart that confirm such dynamics. Also sychronicity becomes an intragal part of spiritual guidance and the divine plan.

I have really enjoyed the Ancient Aliens as a show that continously ‘tackles unfounded territory, exposing it to the world.’

I’ve seen a few episodes but I don’t watch much TV nowadays. Will have to check it out one of these days.

Here’s another quote.

I am not sure if I completely agree with this comment but it is signed by Carl Jung and Herman Hesse. Herman Hesse is one of my favorite authors and I have read most of his books.

I feel the message is pertaining to those afraid to do inner work, they hyper focus on the external world outside of ours to deflect from what’s within.

Perhaps my interpretation is flawed: just my take on it.

If we all do the proper inner work, our world wouldn’t be in such disarray... perhaps there’d still be malevolent souls but we’d take care of our earth before venturing away from it.

Another one:

Our inner world we seek and find manifests in our outer circumstances. If we are unable to see it manifest outwardly we still have much inner work to accomplish. But the process goes on in all our waking moments. We are always in that meditation. That is what the Masters have shown us. Meditation has become their life and service to those who come to us is our constant joy. We may have interests in what is out there yet to manifest but our greatest joy comes from what comes from within us that we can offer to others in service. Service to that star which is our guiding vision.
