Thanks for sharing Eric. The joy spreads like ripples on a lake outward to your friends. What interests me the most about your experiences is this; sometimes it seems like experiences and benefits from meditation are as varied as the people having them. Also: what we may have experienced one time in life from our spiritual practice may be quite different than another time. Perhaps it may remind us of the ever new joy Paramahansa Yogananda spoke of in this chant;
