I have Come to an awareness of how meditation has help me focus over the years. When we meet people on the Internet it is easy to find that they are distracted easily and move on to something else or somebody else. It is difficult for most people to maintain any focus or attention on something for any length of time. Meditation is certainly helpful in tasks or Conversations that requires focus and attention.

In the process I’ve also observed more while having conversations with others. We find that we are often instead of listening to the details of the conversation we find ourselves thinking about our response. Instead of what is Being expressed by someone else.

It is quite evident that without meditation and a byproduct of meditation: concentration .... it is very difficult to listen to others and follow their line of thought and action. Instead we forget that conversations are based on mutual respect in communication and allowing others to express their views as well as our own.

I am reminded more and more-in life-the tremendous focus needed to see beyond the physical realm-in which the senses are caught up in-into the higher realms of spirit and intuition .... just beyond the worldly stage of theatrical distractions.

Awareness is very much about focus. First we are aware of a task at hand and then we focus on it and give it our undivided attention.
