Thanks Steve for the humbling insight. I think the same perspective can be applied to the family we're born into.
If you look closely at Our biological family we can see the Karma and desires that Brought us into those conditions. In my case both my mother and father on musically inclined and so I needed that type of environment in genetic code to continue my own musical ventures. And eventually we begin to understand some of the karmic patterns that brought us into situations with our brothers and sisters and parents in the case of my father I believe strongly that he was also in the Civil War. Sometimes you don’t remember everything and it is best we don’t because we might have somebody in our biological family that in some cases we have very difficult karma to work out with. On the brighter side we also have a spiritual family that we attract to us during this life. The more we been meditating and the more we been on this path the more larger our spiritual family becomes. I’ve had a spiritual family Since an early age and Found Myself working at Karma with my spiritual family as well. Usually, but not always, it is of a more fortunate nature then our physical contacts...And has come to help us in one way or the other in both our spiritual and material ventures,
Yeah where we find ourselves that’s where we are And the wheels of time are changing us all.
