Prisons

We all have our own private prisons. They may be our own mind sets. They may be our passions. They may be our job. They may be where we work. They may be where we live. They may be our own debts. They may be our own bodies that  Cause trouble during illness Or limit us and our ability to go places and do things. They may be the people that surround us. We think of prison as A place that has bars where people go because they have been doing presumably the wrong thing socially speaking. But Really we’re all in different forms of prison. The only true freedom can be found in meditation that will release us from all these bandages.
