I am totally in the now when I watch Vertigo, Psycho or any of my other thrillers. You should try it for your own practice. You might be clenching your seat chairs abit. But at least you'll know you are in the now! You may think there is no future for you and you definatley won't be thinking of your past. I may even horrify  Shocked you. But the point is that you are in the now. Without a doubt.  Tongue

Your friiend Alfred

Quite the suggestion Alfred, without a doubt if I were watching one of your thrillers, I would for sure be on the edge of my chair !  Shocked and if I fell off that chair in all the suspense and terror, I would without a doubt be on the floor, in the NOW ! No questions about it !!

thanks, friend
