The upper movement of kundalini Lifeforce, current from the base of the spine towards the brain, is helped by the union of the nerves in the tip of the tongue, with those in the ‘little tongue’ (the uvula) and in certain nerve centers in the nasal cavity behind the uvula. The Ancient yoga technique of making this contact is called Khechari Mudra.

When I was a teenager, I remember Guru Maharaji having centers all across the U.S. The Buzz word around spirituality at the time was the ‘knowledge’ and getting the knowledge from Guru Maharaji. I never felt completely comfortable about having him as a guru, so I never received the knowledge or the fruit of knowledge and tasting it. For some reason, I never read the Kriya technique in the srf_yss lessons, but just a few months ago, I found the lesson that was missing and I was quite intrigued that (finally) I was introduced to actually tasting the knowledge. I have seen other videos on it on YouTube, but kept mostly to the other techniques of the Kriya yoga because there were quite a few Offered by the self realization fellowship lessons.

Sorry but Charmed*I’msure has left us for the other side and I do miss her presence here. I received a lot of flashbacks after posting on this thread after all those years. Almost as though the thread was meant to be left bare all these years for this sudden reminder of her presence, which has been felt from the other side since her passing.

Interestingly enough if by some revealed message, her avatar is still shown above and the two hands 🙌 are shown magnetized.

Yogis have known from Time in immemorial, that the flow of life force in the body can be consciously directed by use of the body’s natural magnets, the two hands, the 2 feet the eyes, the tongue, and uvula -all the body parts-that come in pairs-are positive and negative magnetic poles and conduct tremendous power when energized by a strong and concentrated will. By applying this knowledge Jesus and other masters performed many miraculous healings through the  life force (prana) transferred to the sick by “laying on of hands” - sending Energy outward through the hands, whether at a distance or in proximity.

I recall being at srf_yss temples for many years, and experiencing some of these techniques we used with laying on hands to heal other people from a distance, rubbing hands 🙌 briskly together creating a healing life energy and sending it out to others, near and dear.

Thanks Eric, she had me fooled for quite awhile as you at first did changing your avatar. She was Nikki. Kelly is still with us. Wish you could have met Nikki this life, and Kelly still lives here in Michigan. Actually there is some past life karma there between Kelly and you. I’ll let her know. Your Sun on her south node is the indicator. And also your nodal axis on her ascendent/descendant axis. Also some connection in communication and friendship. With her Neptune trine your Mars.

I remember the devotees of Guru Maharaji talk more or less all the time about getting the knowledge and tasting the nectar of God. Now I’m practicing the technique that helps the nectar flow.
